Nichely1. Acceptance
By installing or using Nichely you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.
2. The service
Nichely is a browser extension that displays publicly available marketplace statistics to help sellers with product research. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Nichely for your own research only.
- Do not use it to copy other sellers' designs or intellectual property.
- Do not resell, redistribute or publish data obtained through Nichely.
- Follow the Etsy API Terms of Use and marketplace policies.
- Your access code is personal. Do not share it; each code works on a limited number of devices and may be revoked if shared or abused.
- Do not use scripts, bots or modified clients to access the Nichely service or to collect its data in bulk.
4. Intellectual property
Nichely, including the extension code, the server, the data it produces and its design, is proprietary software. All rights reserved. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the official extension. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute or publish Nichely or any part of it, or create a derivative or competing product from it. Copies or clones may be reported for removal.
5. Estimates
Some figures, such as estimated sales and revenue, are calculations based on public data and assumptions you configure. They are not official numbers and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as financial advice.
6. No warranty
Nichely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the extension or of the data it displays.
7. Third-party services
Nichely depends on the Etsy Open API. Availability and data accuracy are controlled by Etsy, Inc. Nichely is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
